Are you currently studying or specializing in brand building as a part of your curriculum?

Then UltraTend is looking for you as an Intern to help the marketing team.
​
​This remote Internship is a 3-month unpaid engagement, requiring 6 to 8 hour per week of time commitment. Selected candidates will work alongside our strategist for digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be a current student who is willing to apply his/her learning to help develop an aligned brand voice and identity into our digital marketing strategy. He or she will have a strong understanding of brand building and experience in establishing a brand voice and identity in social media marketing, and content creation.

Responsibilities

Empower the team through the creation of brand guidance documents.

Developing, maintaining, and growing UltraTend with its distinctive brand voice across social media to set goals and increase brand awareness, engagement, leads, and sales.

Take a data-led approach to decisions, providing an in-depth understanding of day-to-day brand performance across all social platforms.

Write engaging posts, and articles and create multimedia content.
​

Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions.
​

Research and analyze customers/competitors/trends to support brand direction and provide feedback.
​

Use your theoretical knowledge and understanding of business trends, changes, and issues that affect the marketing and exhibition industry.

Analyse the performance of our brand across different social media channels and isolate and identify opportunities for growth (in terms of new service development, and improvements to our existing service range).

Monitor and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Google Analytics.

Keeping abreast of new and emerging social media advances.
Requirements & Qualifications

Currently pursuing courses that include brand building as part of the curriculum.

Strong understanding of creating a brand voice and persona.
​

Knowledge of aligning branding with social media marketing and content creation.
​

Passion for developing brand identity from scratch (for startups).
​

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
​

Proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.

Familiarity with social media performance monitoring tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Google Analytics.
